Since 2006, Amie has been leading movement classes at a local, regional, and national level. It is her deepest desire to provide quality, intelligent, and mindfulness-driven programs for all who seek to feel better in body, mind, and spirit.

amie's Mission

Amie is on a mission to help each individual she works with feel more connected with their body, mind, and spirit. Through her teachings of yoga and mindfulness, Amie gives practitioners the skills to hear and trust the messages from their bodies and their intuition, setting the stage for wild and creative pursuits. To better serve all, Amie is dedicated to continuing education and is continually immersing herself in quality education and embodied practices to allow this wisdom to trickle into her teachings.

Everywhere I look I see women who seem to worship looking a certain way instead of feeling a certain way. They are more focused on the number on the scale or the size of their pants. They focus more on pushing/punishing their bodies instead of marveling at them. But you my dear – you are the lighthouse beacon amidst a sea of ships all clamoring to reach the shore. You bring the message I wish more people in the health and wellness community shared. You remind people to love their bodies. To not be embarrassed. To not hide. You tell people to try something new and marvel at what their bodies are capable of.
