Have you been wanting to do yoga for a while, but you feel uncomfortable going to your first class? Have you been practicing yoga for a bit but want a bit more knowledge beyond just the postures?
Join our comprehensive Yoga 101 program. We will go over basic yoga postures, how to adapt them for different body types, and learn about the many other aspects of yoga. It’s the perfect all-encompassing introduction to yoga. Each session will have approximately 30-45 minutes of classroom education, and 60-75 minutes of movement.
